Working with kids is something I very much enjoy – hearing how kids see the world excites and encourages me of a positive future for our world. K Factor was a weekly program which I coordinated for several years, developing the program, organising leaders, chatting to parents and connecting with the kids. Part of my responsibility in this role was to send weekly correspondence to the families and create postcards to engage with the kids.
K Factor now is held once or twice a school term as a bigger event, rather than a weekly program, however its essence is still the same.
